Please double‑check your wrist measurement before ordering. Simply Chained is not responsible for bracelets that do not fit due to incorrect sizing provided at checkout.

If your bracelet arrives damaged or with a defect, please contact me within 3 days of delivery so I can make it right. Normal wear and tear, stretching of the elastic cord, or damage caused by misuse are not considered defects.

Beaded bracelets can be shipped. Permanent jewelry without a clasp cannot be shipped.
