If your bracelet arrives damaged or with a defect, please contact me within 3 days of delivery so I can make it right. Normal wear and tear, stretching of the elastic cord, or damage caused by misuse are not considered defects.

All beaded bracelets are handmade to order and ship within 3–5 business days. Orders are sent via USPS, and a tracking number will be emailed once your package is on its way.

Simply Chained is not responsible for packages that are lost, delayed, or marked as delivered by the carrier. Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout, as orders sent to an incorrect address cannot be replaced or refunded.

Beaded bracelets can be shipped. Permanent jewelry without a clasp cannot be shipped.
